Changes: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items in perfect condition, with no visible wear. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Please Note: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include:
Damage caused by an accident
Poor care
Normal wear and tear
Degradation of colors and materials by solar radiation
Returns/exchanges of products that have been in contact with water will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items:
Undergarments are final sale due to sanitary reasons.
Creams, serums, and skincare products are final sale to ensure safety and hygiene.
Beauty tools are final sale to maintain product integrity.
Seasonal items (e.g., holiday-themed products) are also final sale.
If the sizing does not fit, customers can choose to return the item or pay a reshipment fee for the correct size. We provide clear sizing charts to help you select the right size.

If you believe the product you purchased does not meet the initial requirements, you have the option to request a refund. You can receive a refund if:
You are not satisfied with your order: you have purchased your products in the last 30 days and wish to return them. We will arrange the refund as soon as possible after we receive the items from you.
The product you purchased is completely inoperative.
You have not received the product within 60 business days or 90 business days.
Please Note: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval. Products that fall under final sale items are not eligible for refunds.
